Commercial Assessments is the nation’s largest due diligence company, with employees and offices reaching from coast to coast. It is a division of U.S. Inspect, the largest inspection company in the United States, which provides a wide range of inspection services to corporate, commercial and residential real estate clients. Each year U.S. Inspect performs more than 150,000 inspections and has inspected more than 1.6 million buildings. With over 20 years in the business, U.S. Inspect has become the inspection company of choice across the country.

Founded in 1986 as an engineering company that provided research and products to the radon testing industry, U.S. Inspect evolved from radon to home and then commercial inspections. The Company entered the commercial inspection market in 2000 with the acquisition of Kleeman Associates in Philadelphia and provided a broad range of services, such as, property condition assessments (PCA), environmental surveys and reserve study analyses for Condominium and Home Owner Associations.

Today, U.S. Inspect, along with its commercial division, Commercial Assessments, is a $40 Million company that serves both the residential and commercial real estate markets, and performs more than half the inspections for the nation’s corporate relocation industry. With offices and employees in 25 key national markets and over 9,000 inspection partners across the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico, U.S. Inspect and Commercial Assessments can deliver inspection services across North America with a consistency that only a national company can provide; and with a customer satisfaction rating of 99.2 percent, we have shown that we can deliver that service with the speed, quality and professionalism our clients demand.
