Draw Inspections

Construction Draw Inspections include a monthly site inspection to provide a review of the contractor's payment request and to evaluate the accuracy of the representations made in each line item of the contractor’s cost statements. The draw inspection will evaluate the accuracy of the draw request, note construction phase completion, and identify stored materials.

A checklist report will be provided as well as digital pictures. (A complete digital photo log will be maintained for the duration of the project).

Once we receive a request for a draw inspection, you can leave the details to us. We will work with site managers to schedule our inspection and deliver a report within 5 days of the site visit.

Fees range from $500-$800 per site inspection.
